In addition to timing your race, we can also take care of all your online entries.

With the aid of our friendly postman we receive your postal entries. For example: Your Event 10k, c/o Sport Systems, Regency House, 61 Walton Street, Walton on the Hill, Tadworth KT20 7RZ. On a daily basis we process the postal entries and the online entries into our RaceMaster Race Management software which has full data validation capabilities. In addition, we use postcode software to obtain the most accurate standardised address. This means that fewer race numbers get lost in the postal system!

Other entry services

We can help you to format your race entry form for ease of use and applicable content. Also, race entry forms can be mailed out to previous entrants using RaceMaster data and mail-merge capabilities.

Additionally, we can also help you to send out emails to previous entrants telling them about your event.

Finally, we can also bank your cheques (made out to your club NOT us!) which we do on a weekly basis.

Audit Trail Report

In order for you to have full control over the financial side of your event, we send you a customised Audit Trail Report listing all entrants, how much they paid and by what method. We also list the cheque values that we pay into your bank account and when. If you are also selling T-shirts in various sizes we can manage this for you too.

The Audit Trail Report is e-mailed to you on a weekly basis.

Race Number Mail-out

We can also help you to create a personalised Race Information Details sheet. Again, using RaceMaster data and mail-merge we can produce a personalised document which can easily be put into a C4 window envelope together with the race number, timing chip and documents you may need inserting.
