City of Winchester showed their strength by having the first three men and first lady at the Stubbington Green 10K. In conditions that were cool but dry and with a strong breeze Chris Powner finished first in 30.39 followed by Andy Greenleaf and Tom Payn in 30.53 and 32.15 respectively. First lady was Lucy Elliott in 36.17 followed by City of Portsmouth’s Kerrie Blake in 36.54 and Eastleigh’s Hannah Howard in 37.40. In all there were 1466 finishers this year.
