Sport Systems



The 2018 Run is the 11th Mundays 5k Fun Run in aid of the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher. The Hospice have provided free end of life care to adult patients since 1985. We have raised over £54,000 to date.

This is a great team building event so bring along your supporters. The route is fast and flat but also ideal if this is your first run. 

Run as an individual or compete with your friends and colleagues for the team prizes.  This is a great team building event so bring along your supporters and a picnic.


Bushy Park KT8 9DD (see location map).  The start and finish are at the large car park by the Diana Fountain.


Wednesday 9 May 2018.  Collection of race numbers from 5.45pm.  The race starts at 6.30pm and the prize giving will be at 7.15pm.

The entry fee is £16.  Online entries will close at 5pm on Tuesday 8 May (or earlier if the limit is reached). You can enter on the day, subject to availability.

Race numbers and timing chips are to be collected on the evening and please arrive early.

The race follows the 5k Park Run route around the edge of the park into the middle and back to the start.  Marshalls will be stationed around the route to guide you during the race.


Sports Systems will provide chip timing.  All runners will start at the gun time and finish times will be recorded as the runners cross the finish mat.  Results will be available on the Sports Systems website.

Individual prizes will be awarded for the first three male and female runners.  Team prizes will be awarded for the first three teams of three runners each (teams may consist of more than three runners, but only the first three across the line will count).  There will also be prizes for the biggest fundraisers and the largest team.  Runners must register using the same team name to qualify for prizes.

The race is not recommended for juniors under the age of 11.


The Hospice will be running the ever popular cake stall.

There is ample parking by the start/finish area.  Toilets are located a short walk away.  Due to restrictions in the park relating to female deer and their young, no dogs please.
