Marketing your event
We can help you to market your event using our extensive national database of over 100,000 people who have previously entered other events that we’ve provided services to. This is an excellent way to kick-start or boost your marketing campaign.
Manage your entries
We can manage all your online, postal and other source entries as well as entries on the day in a timely and professional manner. Each successful entrant receives a confirmation e-mail full of information and their name automatically appears on the full entrants’ list accessed via your website. In addition, we can also sell any merchandising products such as T-shirts, ITAB Inserts etc. and collect Donations monies for you too.
Customer service desk enquiries
Our Customer Service Desk is open Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (excluding Public Holidays), to deal with all the many telephone and e-mail queries that arise, taking away much stress and giving you more time to concentrate on organising the core features of your event.
Race pack mail-out
We organise the co-ordination of your race pack mail-out from printing your race numbers, preparation of your timing chips and creation and printing of your customised race information documents. And not forgetting, any additional inserts such as sponsors’ leaflets or charity sponsorship forms too.
Chip timing and results
And finally, we can chip time your event, produce results for your prize presentation and publish them online. In addition, we can send out text message results to all finishers.
